In 2009, Ferris Consulting was awarded a contract to outsource the Network Operations Center (NOC) for a major technology provider. As part of this ongoing effort, Ferris Consulting provides a flexible, 24 x 7 technical support program that ensures high-quality, cost-effective service for our client.
To manage this effort we provide a team of technical support analysts who reside on-site at the client's headquarters. Because of Ferris Consulting's proven track record for employing the highest quality talent, our client has often hired our professionals for direct positions with their organization.
As part of the recent renewal of our partnership, we have worked to provide continuous improvement with heightened skill-level requirements for our employees, stricter cost controls for the overall program, and a unique incentive program to boost performance levels. Ferris Consulting has agreed, in conjunction with our client, to a service level requirement that requires our on-site technical support staff to complete advanced training through computer-based courses and associated tests. The courses and tests must be successfully completed by scheduled deadlines.
